Del Mar National Dressage Show, April 24-27, 2008

Minus Jazzman, Donna went to Del Mar as a coach. Sandra Hansen showed Radetsky and Shadow successfully in the pro division. Radetsky's owner, Jil Schreiber, won an amateur first level class with him and achieved a qualifying score to ride the freestyle Donna is designing for him. Donna's students owned the second level amateur division. Rachel Loiancono and her Welcome Sunny won several classes with scores over 68% and was the 3rd day lower level amateur high score as well as the show second level amateur second level champion. She is now qualified for CDS and USDF Championships. Katy Barglow brought out her Phantom of the Opera at second level and earned two blues. Phantom was the 2nd day lower level amateur high point and the show reserve champion in the amateur division. Leah Forrest rode Winnica to two blues and was third in the second level amateur show championship. You can see from everyone's happy faces how delighted we were with the haul of trophies and ribbons.

Sandra Hansen, Jil Schreiber, Katy Barglow, Donna Richardson, Rachel Loiancono and Leah Forrest enjoy their success at Del Mar.
